Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

A vibrant pasta tossed with tender shrimp, garlic, butter, and fresh herbs, finished with a hint of lemon.

Light, flavorful, and perfect for an elegant yet effortless meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley

Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet.

  3. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove temporarily.

  4. Add remaining butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Stir in lemon juice.

  6. Return shrimp and add cooked pasta. Toss well.

  7. Add parmesan cheese and parsley.

  8. Season to taste and serve immediately.
